Interested qualified suppliers are invited to deliver bidding documents to the address given below before: 9:30 AM at 10 July 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the address given below in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, the procurement committee, and those who choose to attend shall be allowed to present in person on 10 July 2023 at 10:00 am at CCC.
The purchaser (CCC) shall award the Contract to the bidder whose offer has been determined to be the lowest evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the requirement the most, and provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactory.
