INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS PROVIDE SERVICE
Of Accommodation, Food, Venue and Boat at Koh Sdach, Koh Kong Province from 18 -20 December 2024
Introduction:
The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) was established in 1990, and it has been deeply recognized as the largest membership-based organization in Cambodia so far. CCC currently has around 200 NGOs as its members, comprised of both domestic and foreign NGOs. CCC developed and implemented the Governance Hub Program (GHP) 2024-2028 to improve civic engagement, create a better enabling environment for CSOs, and address development challenges in Cambodia.
To celebrate the annual achievements and reflect on the improvement parts to ensure better-quality services for its members and civil society, staff retreat is normally conducted outside of Phnom Penh; and this year it will be held from 18-21 December 2024 at Koh Sdach, Koh kong Province.
Cooperation Committee for Cambodia is seeking for quotation as the following:

The Budget:
Total budget available for all quotation activities above is USD 7,000.

Interested qualified suppliers are invited to deliver bidding documents to the address given below before: 17:00 PM at 01 December 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the address given below in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, the procurement committee, and those who choose to attend shall be allowed to present in person on 02 December 2024 at 09:00 am at CCC.
The purchaser (CCC) shall award the Contract to the bidder whose offer has been determined to be the lowest evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the requirement the most, and provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactory.
