GPA Training Course
The training course on Governance Professional and Accountability (GPA) has been designed to 1) enhance good governance and effectiveness within the participated organizations, 2) promote the financial independence and sustainability of the participated organizations and the 3) advance the participated organizations skills and working approaches in empowering to their development process and result. This training was developed for a variety of target audiences, including CCC members, NGOs applying for the certification of Governance & Professional Practice, and staff of NGOs and community based organizations across Cambodia. This course will be conducted for five days focusing on nine key topics including Istanbul Principle (IP), Governance and Protectoral Practice (GPP), Strategic Planning (SP), Leadership and Management (LM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E), Financial Management (FM), Financial Sustainability (FS) and Community Empowerment. Each training will be offered to a maximum of 20 participants (One NGO is allowed one participant only) who are the leaders or senior managers of LNGOs/INGOs head office that is operating in the target municipalities/provinces.
