Overview

Pharmaciens Sans Frontières (PSF), an international, non-governmental organization, was established in 1985 in France to contribute to the enhancement of the universal right to quality health care. PSF is active in both emergency and development programs. PSF-CI actions cover different fields, aiming at improving the geographical and financial accessibility to quality pharmaceutical care for the most vulnerable populations, within respect of Good Pharmacy Practice and rational use of drug. The association’s programs reflect its commitment at all stages of the medication chain. From national procurement centres to the smallest health centre, Pharmaciens Sans Frontières opens the door to drugs so that they get to the populations who need them at a most affordable price. From the support to quality control laboratories to drugs analyses in the field, PSF paves the way to quality. From training sessions to seminars, PSF paves the ways to the improvement of national health staff skills.
