Background

LOKROU Organization is a non-governmental organization established in October 2009. We then registered at the Ministry of Interior and obtained his approval on December 11, 2009. We are neutral and we don't discriminate against races, colors, and religions. We serve the interests of the public and for development. LOKROU plans to have many projects to serve the mentioned purposes. Currently, we offer credit service as one of the project we have. LOKROU was founded by three people from different backgrounds in the financial sector: Mr. Heng Samoeun, Mr. King Kap, and Mrs. Heng Sreyleak.
