Overview

ACR/CA is the Catholic Agency for International Aid and Development with its headquarters based in Sydney, Australia.

Background

ACR/CA has been in Cambodia since 1979 providing a wide range of programs including emergency relief, reconstruction and integrated development. ACR/CA is currently implementing its Sustainable Change with Dignity Program through providing financial and technical support to local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) who have been demonstrating solidarity and closeness with the communities, supporting long term development, and responding to the basic needs of the poorest of the poor, marginalized and vulnerable groups.

Work with and for the poorest of the poor, marginalized and most vulnerable in Cambodia to protect and develop their human dignity.

With Catholics and all people of good will in dioceses, parishes and groups in the fulfillment of their responsibility to promote a just and compassionate society at a home and abroad.

Goal

To respond more effectively to injustice and poverty and support our Cambodian NGO partners to empower vulnerable groups, individuals and families to live with dignity.
