The Fundamental Building Organization (FUBO)’s vision is that the fundamental of rural development are durable infinitely. FUBO’s mission is to help improve living conditions of the rural poor and Gender equity. FUBO’s goal is to strengthen capacity of the rural poor women and disadvantage people on Health and Income Generation for their family and will reduce peoplemigrating to towns. FUBO’s programmes are 1.Vocational skill training and 2.Skill for small-scale business to poor women · Credit provision: Women saving group, Loan guarantee group, Individual Loans and 3.Health education: Awareness on HIV/AIDS/STD birth spacing for rural communities, Awareness tobacco and addict using effective health, Opening “ Help Smoke Out” courses and Production of Household Water Filter and WC.

Background

FUBO was established by a group of volunteers who have had experiences on NGOs work and had the same ideas focus to every things be fundamental rural development. FUBO obtained a letter of approval from the Ministry of Interior ref. 173 dated 23 February 1999. The strategic plan of FUBO is being implemented in 10 villages per commune of Komareachea, Lumpong, Tangdong, Trapang Sab: Total 40 Villages.
