Background

Agir Pour Le Cambodge (APLC) is a French NGO created in 1984 by former students of the Lycée Franklin - St Louis de Gonzague (Paris) to cope with a humanitarian emergency and assist the Cambodian people who had to the time in refugee camps on the Thai border during the Vietnamese invasion (1979). It is oriented towards development aid since 1995 and contributes to poverty reduction and the fight against human trafficking.
