Mission

To support social, economic and self-reliance of the wheelchairs users in Cambodia where social welfare services are not fully provided. To advocate equal rights of people with disabilities in cooperation with the similar organizations/agencies in the communities. To respect determinations by people with disabilities and promote the mutual assistance among people with disabilities.

Vision

To promote equal participation and development of the wheelchair users into all fields of Cambodian Society.

Goal

To improve mobility, social and economic participation of wheelchair users by providing wheelchairs and quality service. To ease the difficulties of people with disabilities (PWDs) daily lives by providing assisting devices. To promote the wheelchair users access to rehabilitation, training, education, health care and equal social participation in communities. To support their long-term independence by giving more opportunities for access to education, health care and employment. To co-operate with the relevant Institutes of The Royal Government of Cambodia as well as National and International Organizations/Agencies to support strengthening the community-based program and services in the interests of people with disabilities and their families.
