Overview

TASK is a faith-based Cambodian organization (NGO) that is passionate about helping people who live in slums and urban poor communities to have better quality of life, including improved physical, spiritual, social and emotional wellbeing. Through a number of integrated programs TASK provides assistance and hope to some of the poorest people living in Mean Chey district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital city.

Background

TASK is a Cambodian non-government organization that was officially established on October 1st 2004. TASK has been established as a result of the ministry of Servants to Asia’s Urban Poor, who began working among the urban poor in Cambodia in 1993.

To be good and honest role models in the community, and to partner with people who are poor and other stakeholders in an empowering way to provide quality training, education, health and other development programs that demonstrate God’s love and improve the lives of poor people and their communities.
