Disseminate to the people of Cambodia, as well as foreigners, the value of our arts and culture. Cooperate with national and international organizations as partners. Promote the rights of the children in conformity with the international convention on children's rights. Promote and preserve the accomplishment of the old teachers in order to be able to provide experiences to the next generation. Contribute to poverty reduction in Cambodia, especially by helping children from poor families, and orphans. Background

Apsara Arts Association ( AAA) is a nongovernmental organization , Witch was established on October 2 ,1998 , With goal of keeping up and dissemination the Khmer Culture on performing arts .It was originally born in a small house of Mr. And Mrs. Chhay Sophal , who are the founders and funded by a professional dancer instructor Mrs. Vong Metry , Mr. Chhay Sophal’s wife , and funded by KASUMISOU FOUNDATION . The association offers free enrollment and instruction on Khmer classical and folkloric dance , music , and drama .
