Overview

The White Elephant Foundation is recognized by the Ministry of Social Affairs titled in English Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSVY) Approval from 05 December 2011. It is also statuée and recognized by the Ministry of Interior has issued an approval dated 09 June, 2011. It is a legal and representative body for action in Cambodia to help orphans from orphanages and Cambodian poor in remote villages or slums.

Background

The White Elephant Foundation: a foundation cambodgienne headquartered in Phnom Penh acting to help young orphans with disabilities by providing them regular meals, hygiene products, .... It also follows HIV positive orphans in their education in order to accompany them to their limit. This member provides tuition for children of poor families so that they can continue their studies as far as possible. The Chair (French-Cambodian) has over five years experience in Cambodia with the Cambodian state orphanages (see blog below, written and directed by him since June 2008)
