Background

KWCD works to improve the standards of living and well being for people who are vulnerable and at-risk, particularly women, youth and children. KWCD began in 1997 and works in the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, and the provinces of Preah Sihanouk, Takeo and Kampot.

Mission

KWCD’s mission is to serve the Cambodian people, especially women, youth and children, through empowerment that leads to self control, equality and fairness of resources for good health and better living conditions.

Vision

KWCD wishes to see an improvement of the quality of life of the Cambodian people, equal rights to all and the preservation of women’s culture and tradition to strengthen the relationship between Cambodian women with women of the world.
