Overview

HALO is an law enforcement and law awareness to student, authority, government officer and community. There will be a space for youth to education themselves with law and other social work.

Background

HALO is working with social and it community as well as the student and authority in Phnom Penh for this last 2 years. HALO is engaged ourselves to youth groups and also implement the youth campaign in Phnom Penh and Provinces.
