AHRDHE is a non-govermental association . It does not paticipate or ally with any political party . it is a non profit association and does not discriminate working following the laws of Cambodia. It works to develop and it is the people parner based on justic and equality.

Background

AHRDHE is Association established in january 25,2000 and recognized by Council of Minitser and Minitry of Interior. AHRDHE initially is receiving fund from RACHA and Belgian Technical Cooperation to support its activities on health education, cow provision cerdit and support to the people living with AIDS and chidren effected by AIDS.
