Ultimately creating a technical training center in Cambodia -the Centre Kram Ngoy, the CKN- able to train young people and adults in various fields to make them suitable to fit into the national economy and to play a dynamic role.

Goal

Contribute to the development of Cambodia's human resources, participating in the training and promotion of technological and economic expertise in Cambodia through a permanent transfer, including the Khmer diaspora, science, technology and know-how developed countries.
