Background

Bandanh Chaktomuk (BC) is the national Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) Network established on June 2006 by organization working on MSM issues. The vision of the BC is for all people in Cambodia to acknowledge the value of MSM with respect to human rights, livelihood without discrimination and stigma, and increased access to MSM-friendly health care services. Its mission is to promote a strong and effective national network.
