Overview

CWDCC is a local non- governmental organization in Cambodia, working with the pro poor people in the rural area. It stands in the natural position to the political parties or religion.

Background

To see the real situtuation in Cambodia, to meet the need of rural communities. Cambodian is in the time of rehabilitation and poor country, we are to face need the human resouce and also physical need. To meet the a bove need and in the oriented process, CWDCC is created to participate and to obtian the goal. Target group of CWDCC is : children and women in communities. CWDCC (does facilitation)working with communities to strengthen and encourage the people in the communities in making decision to do the development plan by them self do the development them self and get the binefit by them self. Mean in the process of giving communities the real space and power.

Mission

1. Provide the Non Formal Education to the communities, especially vulnerable people poor children and orphan effected by HIV/AIDS, such as holding the workshop meeting talking on the Living Values, Law, human rights, democratic, public health and HIV/AIDS program. 2. Participate the poverty reduction by provide skills and small grand to the people in the communities for a better income generation to the poor families with in the activities: building the SHGs provide small grand, promote the production in the communities working with and find the markets. 3. Encourage the communities to participate the social activities and organize the national and international events for their understanding participation and good exchange in the every day life.

Vision

To promote the people in the communities to have the ability living with rights base approach, and to have a positive change. The quality of life for vulnerable groups, especially women and children are improved socially and economically, their rights are being respected, so that they can lives in peace and justice, and manage their own Sustainable natural resources.
