Background

Plus Education operates as an affiliate with the Prayut Foundation, which is a non-governmental organization registered with Ministry of Interior of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2010. Plus Education was established as an educational institution to provide quality education in Cambodia to meet the demands of a constantly changing business environment around the world. Plus Education provides online education to equip students of all ages and young adults with the necessary skills demanded by today’s global businesses and industries. Our center provides our students with online courses instructed by highly qualified teachers. The courses are designed to promote creativity, personal growth, career development and entrepreneurship amongst its students. Plus Education is the first e-learning forum in Cambodia that employs an engaging and dynamic approach to teaching and learning. We are convinced that in addition to formal schooling, it is also necessary for students in the 21st century to be able to: Acquire, manage, critically analyze and use information in different ways. Use English as a means of communicating effectively with the rest of the world. Think logically and creatively to arrive at the best decisions. Adapt to changes and work within a multicultural society. Develop skills in problem solving, strategic planning and process management. To build on this and adapt to an ever-changing world, everyone needs to acquire a passion for learning throughout their lives and to attain extensive soft skills in analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Thus, PLUS Education proudly present free online education that will help students and the general public to develop themselves in five main areas: English Language: Focus on four main skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading from beginner to advanced levels. IT Courses: Focus on three main areas: social media networking, programming and web designing. Mathematics: Focus on practical lessons and exercises specifically for Grade 12 students to prepare for their national exam. Agriculture: Focus on livestock raising, home gardening, and plants growing. Technical and vocational skills: Feature mechanics (air-con, automotive service, electrics), construction (mason, steel man, and carpentry-rough and finishing), plumbing and tailoring.

Mission

To provide opportunities to students/youth to explore real-world problems, develop and implement solutions in collective groups and equip them with the necessary skills and provide support for them to be able to help themselves through skill-based trainings, e-learning programs, job placement, young entrepreneurship programs and finding markets for their products/services.
