Rural Human Resources Development Organization has license from Ministry of Interior No.1076 on 6th August 2012.
Mission
The Rural Human Resources Development Organization seek to develop the capacities of the family and reduce poverty of lifestyle living in Cambodia through the provision of specialized programs to foster and develop these capacities and to give opportunity to effectively participate in society in order to build self reliant and self sufficient stable families.
