Background

AC is a non-partisan, non-government organization (NGO) based in Cambodia. It was created on September 2nd 2015 by a group of Cambodian committed students, and with the support of like-minded friends, scholars and professors in Cambodia and abroad, those who wished to join together to create global social capital; to improve accountability and democracy around the world – especially in Cambodia.

Mission

ACs mission is to enhance accountability, integrity and transparency through the use of technologies; to underpin bottom-up empowerment by linking this with a top-down approach in Cambodia.

Vision

To introduce greater accountability within the public and private sectors, as well as in society as a whole, in order to enhance public service delivery, reduce and eradicate corruption, reduce poverty and bring-about harmonization.
