Children's Umbrella Center Organization is a non-political, not for profit organization aiming to develop Cambodia human resource by providing the helpless children the chance to have a place to grow, to be educated, to be loved.
Mission
•Collect helpless kids and provide them shelter, victuals, education and/or vocational. •Control Children in Communities with other NGO and partner. •Maintenance children from baby to 18 years old. •Glorify four rights of children.
