Background

Over the Last ten years , There have been some organization efforts in political and social fields to encourage and monitor the burgeoning exercisers of civil and more Cambodian people who have been victims of exercising their right with in framework of their freedom . due to such a practice of democracy in Cambodia a group of Cambodia people including civil servants , Students , workers , merchants and religions were gathering and reaterated the need the need to establish a NGOs to help Cambodian people develop knowledge that are recuperate their right and power if they are united . Aiming to set the above goal set , Liberal vision was created on 24th of May 2004 .
