Overview

SACRED is a Cambodian non-profit and non-political organization localized from the HEKS project in 2006 with office in Prey Veng province to assist the program implementation with the Association for Peace and Progress of Farmers in the existing targeted areas. SACRED staff were working in collaboration with CBO2, which considered as provincial level, which is consist of 13 members, and these members were working with CBO1 (village level) of all 24 targeted villages. In early 2007 there were some significant changed in the way we work with the beneficiaries. The general assembly was conducted in March 2007, led to the dismantled of CBO2, and therefore SACRED is working directly with CBO at the village level.

Background
