Background
KKO was founded in 2009 by Director, Moeun Phary and President, Markus Tigges. Phary Moeun is running a very successful private Language and IT skills school and a Kindergarten. Over the years she met many students who were eager to learn but whose families did not have the money to pay the school fees. The basic idea to provide free education and a variety of vocational training was born.
