Overview

Pioneering Partner in Cambodia (PPC) is a non-partisan, non-profit, faith-based non-governmental organisation. PPC’s goal is to inspire and equip the communities with a vision for empowering them wholistically using their own resources. The staff of PPC are delighted to contribute to the wholistic development of Cambodia and are committed to form the organisation in accordance with Chapter III, Article 42 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Background

ICC-SPPA is started in 2002 and focus on income generation activities with poor families through partners (direct and indirect). ICC-SPPA will be finished at the end of 2009 and will be localized to become a local NGO called PPC (Pioneering Partner in Cambodia). ICC-SPPA has committed experience staff and an expatriate advisor to initiate a new local NGO. The founders are Mr. Pisey LY, Ms. Phanna MER and Ms. Chanleap TUN (all ICC-SPPA staff).

Mission

Facilitating, training, coaching, mentoring, consulting, promoting and demonstrating a model of sustainable wholistic community development for individuals, local churches and civil society organizations; in the area of formal, informal, non-formal education, agriculture, health, income generation, family welfare, disabled people, environment, drugs, trafficking and other development works.

Vision

To see empowered communities in Cambodia which are growing well wholistically (spiritually, physically, socially and emotionally), able to help themselves and enjoy a livelihood in their own places.

Goal

To inspire and equip the communities with a vision for empowering them wholistically using their own resources.
