Objectives of the HR Learning Forum
- To strengthen the participant’s to deeply understanding on Policy formulation and Compliance
- To promote the understanding of participants on the Disciplinary procedure and Grievance Procedure
- To promote the understanding of participants on the Employment Separation
- To create a learning and sharing environment and build a stronger network of HR practitioners among CSOs community.
Expect outputs
- The participants will be area more on the Policy formulation and compliance
- The participants will have better understanding related to Disciplinary Procedure and Grievance Procedure
- The participants will be aware more on employment separation
- Practitioner participants will have more chance to learn, share, and build up more relationship among people who have same interest from similar fields.

The forum conducted in Khmer language.
- Participants from CCC members will offer 2 seats with free of charge, if more than two staffs need to contribute 25$/person/ learning forum
- Participants from non-CCC member are welcomed but are subjected to pay attendance fee 50$ per person as stated in the CCC Charging Policy for Capacity Development Service.
- The fee charge of the learning will be paid at the learning forum place.

CCC Bi-Monthly Members Meeting
This 255th Bi-Monthly meeting was convened on 06 December 2018 at Diakonia Center (KSSA/ICF), where CCC welcomes seven new members such as Community Capacities for Development (CCD), ForumZFD, Komar Rikreay (KMR), OIC Cambodia, Operations Enfants du Cambodge (OEC), Rural Development Association (RDA) and Society for Action and Change for Rural Education and Development (SACRED).
