The Second GPA training course was run smoothly and successfully as anticipatable plan because after the whole five days training, participants have learnt and reflected all the topics on their organizational practice. All of them committed to apply what they have gained from this training to improve their organization development and prepare to be a good practice and role model NGOs that are really matched with our training objectives.

Furthermore, the facilitator team gained some lessons learnt from this training course and it would be used to improve for next training course (facilitation methods, process, and time for each session).
